The duly completed Application Form signed by the Father must be Registered at the school office along with the following docs and registration fee. Recently taken passport size colour photo must be affixed on the application form in the space provided. Xerox Copy of the Original Corporation / Municipal / Certificate of Birth duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or the bonafide certificate from the school where the ward is presently studying giving the Name of the Candidate, Name of Father, Date of Birth must be depositted. Overseas children, Non-Resident Indians and Indians holding passport must deposit a Photostat copy of the pass-port for checking. The details entered in the application form must be accurate in all aspects. any issues will render the application liable to be rejected. This amount must be paid by cash or by crossed bank draft favouring “Saint John’s Educational Trust” payable at Chennai. The applicant will receive an official receipt and a registration number, which must be quoted in all future correspondence in regards to enrollment of the child.
